Processing Time
All orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

United States
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days — FREE
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days — Available at checkout for an additional fee
Free standard shipping applies to orders shipped within the United States.
International Orders
We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available or update after shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Order Changes
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made before your order is shipped. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or order.
